I’d been to lunch with two creatives from Y&R in Chicago and they had looked at my portfolio on the iPad.  On the way back from lunch one of them says to me “I’d really love to see the printed portfolio too”.  I happened to have it with me and he couldn’t wait so we looked at it right there on the street in Chicago.  In the meantime, we met a new friend, pictured in the back, that wanted to look as well.  I asked what he did, he told me that he worked for Blue Cross Blue Shield.  I said “that’s who my insurance is with”.  His reply?  ”You’re in good hands then”.  Now if I am not mistaken, that is someone else’s slogan. Ah…the power of advertising and a good copywriter!  Have a fantastic weekend everyone, I know I plan to.
