Yesterday we were doing a casting in the studio and working with Roberto. He mentioned his passion for cooking. While talking about it, he said,”you know I have some Mushroom Soup and Risotto in my car. Want to try some?” We all agreed. When he came back in to the studio he told us that he had a brisket marinading in his car too. He brought in a cooler. He was like the Mary Poppins of the kitchen. I had to document it photographically because as they say, “you have to see it to believe it”.
Here we go … Roberto and his cooler.

Simply amazing. I will say that if the Brisket is as good as the mushroom soup and Risotto, I will be impressed.
